In the interests of full disclosure, someone stole the Shogun last week (don't mention the war). This week I am the proud owner of a dual suspension Kona Four. Mum thinks it was the pressure of her training with a better ride at altitude and in the snow to boot (no pressure) that forced the new purchase but really it was stolen! Loving the new bike and looking forward to getting out on the road.

As you may know, I will be doing The Rainforest Ride bike ride in the Otways on the 21st November. 

My ride is going to help fight The Big Three: malaria, HIV and TB. Did you know that every 30 seconds, 5 people die from AIDS related deaths, 30 people are infected with TB and a child dies of malaria – we need to help put an end to these statistics.
